"Buyer BEWARE !!!! DANGER !!!!"
Pros: CHEAP as in cost, but will cost you more in the long haul
Cons: Unbelievably Bad Customer service !! (If you can call it that ?)
Summary: Do not BUY from Cyberpower, they truly dont care about their customers, I originally ordered a system from them and recieved it and we instantly had trouble with it, then when I said I wanted to return it they were going to charge me for shipping ? huh? They sell me a defective pc and I have to pay to get it right? So i decided that i would drive it down to them 1+ hours from my home. And when i got there the employees treated me like I had the plague. then the guy comes out from the back and grabs the boxes and starts litterally throwing them around, I mean UPS could have taken lessons from this guy, If it wasn't broken before It was sure to be NOW!! He was throwing a FIT right in front of me !! like a 2 year old when he didn't get his way. He quickly rummeged through all the boxes to make sure all was there and then very rudly threw the paper work on the desk and walked off. Poor quality workmanship, The case we got looked very used and was dented in several places (like a bag of walnuts) and the worst Customer care I have ever witnessed. Its just not woth the frustration and the time spent, When I could have just payed a few hundred more for the same system from Alienware or dell and got 5 star cust service and a first quality gaming pc.

I purchased a Dell XPS 140 back in December. The system was totally misrepresented. Originally I got the system as a hurricane back up. The PCMIA slot was substituted with an "express card" that no one has. I called Dell to get the issue resolved, worst customer service I have ever dealt with, right up there with Sprint PCS. Never will I ever buy a Dell computer again, and I will never recommend them either.
