Pros: None to speak of
Cons: You name it
Summary: 1 year of hell. Mostly due to NVidia chipset not compatible with system. In the end I went out and bought an ATI. I figured this out after 5 (that's right 5) replacement cards. I have left out hundreds of gory details. But plain and simple, if you value your time and money, find another vendor.

Pros: Great value if it worked, but it didn't. Shipped DOA. Took about 3 months of constant badgering to get refund.
Cons: Horrible customer service. I have always built my own system, so I didn't really care about customer service. I do now!

"Very bad customer support" on
Cons: Don't think you're going to get help from Cyberpower. They do not answer the phone when you call with a problem most of the time. And when you do get through, they tell you the part is on the way and , after a few more calls, it arrives.

"Don't waste your money with Cyberpower" on
Pros: Great looking case.
Cons: System had to be returned three times to finally get a working one. 60 minute hold times are normal for support.

Pros: WOuld be good for the price if it worked
Cons: Was shipped broken, took a lot of effort to be able to get in touch with the right person to ship it back
