"it turns on and that about it. Actually it cant even do that"
Pros: works great for and avrage user
Cons: bad warntee bad sirvice unreliable
Summary: well ive had my 5100c for just about seven months to this day and today it broke...
i was on the interned shopping eBay and all of a sudden, it turnes off
next thing i know *sniff, sniff* smokey house! yeah my computer was smoking! ok end of my fun days story now for the bad part. i call up dell and ask ***. there records are out of date and to them i dont even own that pc... -.-
so after 45+ minutes on the phone with someone from korea that i cant understand i learn because my name is not on there record he can not help me. I then go on the hunt for some help i go to dell.com and think well maby some1 there can help.
awhh online chat great well turns out since my warntee expired before i made the purchase of my dell they will not help me.
so here iam on my other comp that i built myself working perfect wondering *** do i do with my dell i will assume it is the powersupply but i really have no clue yet but just though i would let you know to make shure your warntee lasts for more than 2 weeks...
and i also would not recomend buying a dell
:0 yeah its true not to mention when my comp did work having 2 windows open would bogg it out witch is petheidic....
