After 5 computers that don't workby - September 7, 2004
Pros: Price and good customer support
Cons: 5 Computers have come in not configured as ordered. Each one has a different problem. From hard drives not what I wanted.. mouse does not work.. whine in the computer. No voice modem. Quality control is extremely poor.
