"Outstanding System for the Money"
Pros: Fast, quiet and dependable. Great graphics.
Cons: Nothing yet
Summary: This was a replacement to a Dell Pentium III system I bought in 2001. I was amazed at the speed and quick boot up, compared to the old system. I upgraded to a Core duo Processor, 3GB of RAM, dedicated ATI Radeon video card, Vista Premium, Office '07 and Soundblaster sound card--still paid well under $800 . It runs like dream and looks good too.

The relevant word here is "YET". Hopefully, you will be one of the lucky ones, but if not I have advised other reviewers who have had quite different experiences the following info. You might want to take a look in the event you have since run into similar issues.
I don't know if the update I made to my review "Dell from Hell" will be of any help to you, but it may be worth taking a look at and seeing if there is any information you might be able to use and check if a settlement was reached in your state if you are not located in MA.
