"A piece of over priced junk"
Pros: Outter appearence
Cons: It has chrashed multiple times, Now needs the hard drive replaced, support is sub standard. Every one speaks perfect english and fast to process your acct. After that no one speaks english well, and follow up and suppport is awfull
Summary: I wasted my money and time With a company quick to take my money, sending me a comp that I can't use with rude poor english speaking support, The support tech had less computer knowledge than I do, I would have had better results handleing the problems on my own

I don't know if the update I made to my review "Dell from Hell" will be of any help to you, but it may be worth taking a look at and seeing if there is any information you might be able to use and check if a settlement was reached in your state if you are not located in MA.
