"One of the best computers I've used in my life" on by toyotaboy95
Pros: Ultra-Slim, never seen one so slim before; Really Quiet, a friend was shocked when he didn't hear anything (I LOVE COOL N' QUIET)
Cons: Quite Expensive and really messy if you mess with its stuff inside; only with Windows Vista, making the price skyrocket and slow (tried using XP, much faster)!!!,
Summary: 531S is really good!!! I would like to have another, but its taken a big chunk of my salary :P

"Returned 1st unit Foolishly bought a 2nd it's going back, Tech support a joke." on by beachgem
Pros: A lot for the money, Quiet,
Cons: AMD processor, Tech support makes things worse. Drivers, incompatability. too many to mention.
Summary: What happened to Dell!!!! Between the two 531's I have had in 2 weeks time. I've spent 33 hours either on the phone with tech support, working on them myself, in chats with support, reinstalling or emailing. Trying to get heard. I keep getting passed on and can never get to a higher level of support that will really listen. I'm sending the second unit back and am through with Dell for good. Unless they pay me for my time spent trying to get these computers working correctly. What a joke.

"Break Down and Slow Computer" on by Zach_Reviews
Pros: What's good this computer?
Cons: Slow to run and upload videos, computer programs stop running when opening or in the middle of a task, and disc falls inside the disc player at times and jams the disc inside. Dell should think about having a bar to hold the dise in place.
Summary: Dell support aren't helpful and have given me the run around too many times I loss count. Dell Tech Support is the worst as the times I needed them, I got nothing but a dead computer by their help. One One Dell Tech deleting a program I needed to make my mouse work. Another Dell Tech Support killed my computer by deleting a file that made the computer run and was told it wasn't important to my computer. If you buy a new Dell Computers, make sure it's not a defective computer like I got from QVC and didn't get my money back until about a year later. Never Will I Buy A Computer from Dell.
