Cons: AMD processor, Tech support makes things worse. Drivers, incompatability. too many to mention.
Summary: What happened to Dell!!!! Between the two 531's I have had in 2 weeks time. I've spent 33 hours either on the phone with tech support, working on them myself, in chats with support, reinstalling or emailing. Trying to get heard. I keep getting passed on and can never get to a higher level of support that will really listen. I'm sending the second unit back and am through with Dell for good. Unless they pay me for my time spent trying to get these computers working correctly. What a joke.

You must be terrible with computers. I literally plugged it in, plugged in the mouse and keyboard, put in my install disk and clicked next and everything worked fine. Driver's were fine and my wireless adapter worked fine right away.
