    "Great product, customer service missing."

    Pros: Fast and quiet.

    Cons: 128 mb video card listed as 256 mb

    Summary: Screaming machine, really like how easily everything worked out of the box, except the video card. It's listed as 256 mb memory but used 128 of that from the motherboard. I tried unsuccessfully to get the video card upgraded by Dell. As expensive as this system is, why use less than the best parts? Aside from that glitch, it's fast & solid.
