  • "Dell Customer support is the WORST!"

    Pros: Great screen
    Fast
    Great touch screen

    Cons: Tech support is the worst! When you spend over 13hrs on the phone with them and the problem doesn't get solved thats bad! Had several issues with software and hardware! They ended up making the problem worse.

    Summary: I've had three dells prior to this one but this did me in! NEVER AGAIN!!!
