Pros: Nice screen resolution
Cons: After using the PC for about 6 months, issues with dispaly/LCD appeared. The screen was flickering on and off while working. Many calls to customer service. 3 visits from Techs and I was told they can exchange for a refurbished PC.
Summary: I purchased the PC Aug 2012. Started to have issues with display/LCD in about January 2013. Reported the problem. Tech guy came and replaced the motherboard and LCD. Flickering was gone for about 2 weeks. Reported the problem again. Tech guy came in again to replace motherboard/LCD. He was at my house for 5 hours. Left the computer in non working condition. Said that new parts have to be ordered. Tech guy came in for 3rd time and couldn't repair. Told me I had to deal with Dell. Dell told me that they can ship me a replacement - refurbished or send tech guy again. Filed a case with Better Business Bureau. Finally Dell replaced with a new PC. Now from time to time the PC doesn't want to wake up from a sleep mode so I have to turn off and turn on the PC. When my husband opened the old PC to remove the hard drives, there was bunch of burnt cables and lose screws and damaged parts.
