"T5246 one year owner review."
Pros: Price fit my budget and computer fit my needs. Dual core processer. On board intagraded graphics via GeForce 6150+ not great but on board non the less. 15-1 media CARD reader that needed some work inorder to function fully. 400 gig HD 2 GIG ram ect..
Cons: Has PCI-E slot but power supply will not power any graphics card that was much grater than the onboad Graphics. 350w PS W/O a 6 pin connecter. Not much else to complain about for the price i could not expect more.
Summary: The bottem line summary on the E-Machine T5246 is as follows. This computer is a great buy for the price and can be used as a multi meda PC. Stock this system has little to no gaming ablities. With the addition of a BFG 550W power supply. And a 9600 GSO GeForce OC wich was fully supported by the MOBO after the power supply was added. I can play about any game i want on my 750 dollar machine and few surf the web faster that me. Even with out the additions the computer is as good as any walmart computer short of the XPS. That is as of date. Now threw this year i am sure quad core will be standard and my computer will be dated. This is the best E-Machine i have used and am not endorsing the brand but if they keep it coming like this watch out dell. Gateway emcahine unit.
