"Poor quality, poor design, poor support"
Pros: Options fair, USB port count good, hot swappable SATA good, poor internal design.
Cons: Poor quality, power cables for SATA hard swap not mated at factory; rubber footpads are glued,fall off in moving the unit; lack of cooling & cooling options allow hard drives to overheat. Tech support parrot: don't open case it will void warranty

Pros: When it works it's fine!
Cons: Crashed after 4 months - power supply - called Gateway - then won't send part like they used to - you have to send machine back to them at your expense - this is a warranty?

"Very happy with system after owning it nearly a year."
Pros: Its a good computers for gamers who dont want to dick around with building their own system. Great fps and no lag!
Cons: System is not Persian cat friendly. It does not tolerate cat hair, dust, and lint so regular cleaning is a must.

"forprice and ability to upgrade later, its the best..."
Pros: amazing processor, back compatible xfire and SLI mother board (w/extra pci express slot. better case the XPS. lots of strage. DDR3memory and a DDR3 graphics card make gaming super smooth
Cons: if i ever want to upgrade to some really honkin dual graphics cards im going to need to swap the power supply (but that wont be for a long while.)
