It has a very fast processor and a pretty good graphics card for being integrated
I added a lightscribe and there is now a gap on the front :(
This PC is definitely an excellent buy. I purchased it on clearance, instead of a more expensive newer model. I am very satisfied with its performance thus far. I can hardly wait to put vista on here

Was looking for a replacement for an older Gateway that gave out after 7 years. Planned on a Dell but the feature set was better with this one. We have a Dell, IMac, and IBM laptop in the house but everyone wants to use this one based on responsiveness. I personally like all the USB plugs and built in card readers. Very fast data transfer vs card readers with other units. Tip for the wise: If you have software from older units, just load that. Although Gateway has better software bundle, most are trial use only with purchase required after 90 days. Good old Windows 2000 works just fine.
It has a nice case
It's noisy and slower than my old Dell
I purchased the GT5058 to upgrade from my 7 year old Dell desktop. The salesman at Circuit City told me it would be better and faster than my old Dell. Wrong, it's makes lots of noise and is actually slower than my 7 year old Dell Dimension. Will give it to a relative and buy a Dell.
