"THIS PRODUCT IS AWFUL!!!! DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!!"
Pros: NONE. This product is awful. I had to give it a rating of at least 1.5 stars. Really I would rate it a .5
Cons: MONITOR DIED. GATEWWAY is known for this. See number of class action lawsuits on their products (mostly monitors).
Summary: I bought this POS a year ago. Was working fine one day and then the next nothing. I think what happened was the monitor died. THe problem with these all in ones is if one thing goes, you can pretty much put it in the lost column. I tried to contact Gateway, and since it was 5 days past warranty they offered no assistance. They said I could go trough the paid service support. I dont know whats worst, the computer or Gateway support. GO WITH DELL OR APPLE. YOU WILL BE HAPPIER!!!!!!!!!!
