"DO NOT BUY!" on by filly01
Pros: Quick and easy and stylish..BUT...
Cons: Had to replace CD drive after 6 months. Hard drive died after only one and a half years.
Summary: Gateway has just informed me that they do not service the gateway all in one any longer! Pray you don't have any problems like I have after owning it for only 1 and 1/2 years (warranty up after one year)Told me to take it to any local shop for repair! I first had to pay $200 for telephone 'help' before being told they do not service. Was on hold 3 times in the same day for over an hour before I even got a live person. How can Gateway NOT service their own machine?! Especially one this new? WARNING! DO NOT PURCHASE!
