Pros: Gateway shipping repair policy! You ship one way and you pay one way!
Problem with the comp occurred in the first 6 months.
Cons: Good for casual work
Summary: Purchased this product in 12/09..now 6/10 screen is not working. When I turn the comp the background is working but no picture. Dead monitor.Sorry I switched Pros and Cons
Called Gateway for warranty repair, they told me that I have to pay for the shipping to Texas (UPS or FedEx). Do you know how much it will cost to ship, not that small comp $140?! If I knew that I will have to spend extra on this comp I would never purchase it.
No more Gateways from me.
