Pros: None come to mind....
Cons: Poorly made, poor customer service, poor decision on my part.
Summary: We bought this computer in January of 2010. The draw for us was the touch screen for our daughter. By May, we had to take the computer in to Best Buy because we got the blue death screen. We were told they could find nothing wrong after we were charged $130 because our warranty did not cover the blue death screen. The same problem happened again in August with the same charge and same diagnosis. Now, the computer screen will not work at ALL. We will NEVER buy another computer from Gateway or Best Buy.
