"Worst Purchase Decision Ever Made!"
Pros: The idea of having an all in one PC caught my attention.
Cons: The "One" crashed within the first 3 weeks it was in my home. The hard drive was replaced twice. I just received it back from Gateway, plugged it in, and mouse/keyboard weren't responding. I was informed the motherboard had to be replaced now.
Summary: If you are thinking of purchasing a "One" from Gateway, please reconsider. It was the biggest $1500 mistake I ever made. The "One" I have in my home is 9 months old. No one should have this many problems with a 9 month old computer, much less a $1500 one. Consider your other options if you are looking to purchase an all in one. Despite the name, the "One" is definitely not the one.

I agree completely, mine is currently back for it's second time to be repaired, the keyboard and mouse have never worked properly and they replaced those once. We had a desk top gateway for 10 years that we upgraded and loved. This is the most expensive lemon I have ever owned.
