Pros: There is notheing good to say about a unit that I have never been able to use or get proper support for.
The tech suppor at the purchase store confirmed every thing that I list here (most of it in writing) !!

Cons: Support says warranty starts when seller purchases unit from hp.
On third mother board and second hard dissk drive each time they work on it more goes wrong.

Summary: Paid for onsite support and they only replace sent parts that were sent to customer and do not test or do other work.
Had to fight for support as they say the warranty starts when the seller purchases the unit. In this instance the date was same as manufacturing date.
Have had the unit for 13 months and each time they repair it more goes wrong.
Last time when returned from factory the IR connector plate was loose inside and shorting out the motheer board.
Found this out after powering up the unit.

They said they replaced the NIC card, however there is no separate card, it is part of the mother board. Can you say third mother board. Unit could not write do DVD or CD drives and allow reading same on other computers and this problem is replicated on each of the mother boards.

Last repair resulted in completely dead unit. Only light or working component is green LED on power supply.

USB errors, Memory errors (BIOME), unreadable hard disk, never got it working to even try out the TV card. All errors same on each mother board.

Same problems with all three mother boards. ATI video card in this unit has thousands of problems listed on the internet (ATI RADEON 4650),

Customer support number to India would not transfer me to second level support that I had been working with.
She insisted that I purchase a New Windows 7.

Said they could not confirm NIC problems, if so why say they replaced it? Confirmed NIC at local repair department where I purchased the unit. Tried different cables, different routeer connections and by passed the router to connect to mode.. Still same problem.

Most of all when the computer went completely dead there appears to have been a power surge and the green input to my $2000,00 monitor was damaged beyond repair.

There were many other problems USB errors and others, all in all to many to list !
