"Great machine for the price, I own two of them."
on by millergrobertPros Price, General Usage, we are not gamers and uses these machines for general PC usage. One machine runs Linux and one Windows XP, Both scream when compared to more expensive machines. The XP machine is off net (paranoid,
family finance machine).Cons None that I can find.
Summary Cheap machine easy to upgrade, loaded Ubuntu on network connected machine for the security, and Ubuntu really shines on this machine.

"Good value"
on by pegravesPros Vista compatible, speedy, front ports, quiet, stable
Cons Cheapo ball mouse (still works okay...)
Summary I own one of these. It came with 1GB RAM and I upgraded it with another 1 GB (2x512) PC3200 DDR. The RAM was inexpensive and on sale (just like the PC) and works just fine. HP is making their PCs cheap enough to sell a quality unit for less than it would cost to build your own. This is the first time I have purchased a "pre-built" in a very long time. I don't regret it.

"To litttle for the money. Out dated."
on by larry342516Pros a burner but no mention of speed of burner
Cons you don't want to tell amount of hard drive or cpu speed or front in bust speed or does it have a dvd player and what speed is the player. maybe outdated all ready. My advice is buyer beware.
Summary imo..... you would be buying an outdated PC which will be hard to buy parts for it it goes bad. Many companies are keeping parts inventory very low for less expense and over all profit for the company. So what if you can not get a spare part...they made there money. And you can always buy a new PC. In my opinion only.
