"The most amazing computer I've ever used... until it broke."
Pros: Incredibly fast boot up, TiVo capability. Fun computer.
Cons: Completely fell apart after a month.
Summary: Absolutely loved this computer out of the box. Easy to set up and easy to use. Awesome for watching hi-def video and graphics intensive games. Then just past the 30-day mark, it went belly up; computer started freezing, wouldn't connect to the internet, and my 20 second boot ups now took 20 minutes. I suspected a virus despite the antivirus software and firewalls, but a full scan (clean) and system restore and then a system recovery didn't help. I spent HOURS on the phone with tech reps in India who didn't seem very knowledgeable about troubleshooting the system and were very difficult to understand; they spent most of the time either saying my ISP was the cause of my problems or leaving me on hold while they consulted manuals/coworkers. They finally decided it was a hardware issue, so now I'm having to ship it to a repair facility. Not a pleasant experience.

Did they find and fix your system after you received it back from the repair depot? I'm having a similar problem with their system tech reps in India. Oh, and how long was the turnaround time until you got your system back. Thanks!!
