"very very poor"
Pros: nothing i can think of.
Cons: The design traps heat inside and causes unit to overheat.
Summary: We purchased two of the slimlines a year ago. We have had contact with customer service at least 6 different times. Both computers overheat and shut down without notice. One of the computers in particular will not stay on for anymore than 5 min. We have given up using it entirely. Customer service would/will not correct our overheating issues when the computers were under warranty. After telling us they have not had any overheating issues with this particular line of computers, they direct us to a hp webpage specifically addressing overheating issues. When we google our hp pavilion, page after page comes up of overheating issues identical to ours. Our 2 slimines are now 20 days out of warranty and hp wants us to pay $200-300 to extend warr. and repair. We thought we were being punked after speaking with a customer service rep and we're told these computers were not designed to stay on all day. What were we thinking? We now tell everyone we know, not to buy hewlett packard products,they do not honor the warranty. We purchased one of the computers as a gift for our mother, we are now looking at buying another to replace this new computer. Crazy and frustrating , money doesn't grow on trees. HP is pure disappointment all the way around. We hope this posts to get the word out. There ought to be a lemon law.
