Pros Check out the YouTube video on fixing the HP Pavilion Slimline power supply before you buy this so-called computer..
Cons Apparently the motherboards are also bad. And the HP tech support was not helpful and wanted $330 and 2 weeks to fix it. It went out of warranty last month, of course.
Summary Now I know why HP was considering abandoning their computer business. I guess they were going to leave it before it left them....

Pros Fast on basic computer functions.TV recorder works well.Size is compact.
Cons Remote, HDMI tuner does not work satisfactorily. Remote does not work with IR blaster. Blue ray player works but no HDMI output to TV. , IR blaster don't work.
Pros Had this system since December 2010. No complaints. Good features...blu-ray, wi-fi, tv tuner... I ordered the slimline for the size... small enough to keep inside desk. I ordered the 23 monitor and have been happy with the setup so far....no issues.
Cons All the HP software crap that comes bundled.
Summary No regrets....yet?!?!?
Pros Nice WiFi connectivity.
Cons After four hours with an HP tech support person, we gave up. We couldn't get the tuner card to find the majority of the digital stations on Cox Cable in Northern Virginia. It could only find six of 25+ stations. Totally unsatisfactory.
Summary Could not function as intended and desired - that is, view and record the live digital TV stations I subscribe to.
Pros i'm writing this review from the s5660f's predecessor, the slimline s3330f. was (i believe) the first slimline that came with a HDDVD/BDD hybrid drive and i still use it as my main BD player. the newer model has a faster quad core CPU and more RAM.
Cons i would have given this the full 5 stars if it wasn't for the fact that they decided to remove the firewire port and the various card readers besides SD. can't tell from specs alone but i hope there isn't a wireless dongle for the keyboard/mouse.
Summary despite those two (possibly three if the dongle is there again), i can assure Cnet readers that if you want a slim desktop workhorse (yes i said it; even my s3330f, which was designed only to run Vista Home Premium, is running win7ultimate, Ps, Lr and Ai all run flawlessly and without crashes. the new model even has a TERABYTE HDD; i don't even have that much with my HDD and external combined! in my opinion this product will be well worth the buy.
