  • "Poor customer service and no fix for defect"

    Pros: compact and some unique functionalities for computing.

    Cons: spent over 68 hours with technicians and still can not update Hp Support Assistant via recovery, Hp PC dock and Hp on-line download...defect. Hp does not have a fix for this defect.

    Summary: i do not like the idea that i can not update the 15 update recommended for Hp and update the Hp Support Assistant using their downloads. i see this as a defective product.
