Pros: Looks good online or in store

Cons: Does not work as describes

    Summary: BUYER BEWARE
The computer failed. The issued are mentioned if you google "mouse jumps" in google or yahoo. HP will not acknowledge that or offer solutions. Customer support is poor and not willing to listen to the fixes you have tried. Unlike their competitors (dell as I buy 100k plus each year) they will not fix the product or offer any solutions. They kept me on hold 3 hours then hung up. Next time promised to call beck two days later no call back. I called them. They told me again I needed to wait another two day for a call back. I told them I needed a computer and they did not care. My system is just out of the 21 day return policy. BUYER BEWARE
