"The PC is great; operating system choices are a joke."
Pros: The PC itself is very portable, and the large touch screen is fairly easy to use. Overall the hardware is great -- HP continues to produce above average products.
Cons: The POS operating system. The sources I've shopped offer ONE variation: Sh*tsta Home Premium. If I were desperate enough to run that piece of crap, it would be Business or Ultimate. However there is NO WAY I would run Sh*tsta - period!
Summary: I run a consulting company that spends half our billable time ripping out that piece of crap MicroStupid laughingly calls an Operating System. It's unclear if this PC will run on XP, but it's something I'm going to explore. It's time companies stood up to MicroStupid and DEMANDED the right to continue to install XP on their systems. The spend MILLIONS of dollars advertising that POS System, instead of fixing the bugs in it. Now that that maroon has left, perhaps they can start hiring programmers that CAN ACTUALLY WRITE CODE!

I want to buy this computer...is it portable? Do you think it is portable enough or it is very heavy and stuf like that? Thank you very much!
