"DO NOT BUY FROM IBUYPOWER"
Pros: Helpful on the sales side, knowledgable and courteous
Cons: EVERYTHING ELSE, just don't ever try actually using the product
Summary: Sales and initial delivery were 100%. Unfortunately the box that arrived was dead-on-arrival and literally did nothing. After 2 days back and forth with tech support, re-seeding cards and plugging everything back in, still broke. So there goes the $65 rush fee and $85 express shipping fee, not to mention my time. So then it's ground shipping across the country, and 2 weeks later the "repaired" computer arrives. It's dead again, only after plugging 3 devices back in, it starts working. The purchased software was never installed, so I get to do that, and finally after 1 day of operation, it freezes. Don't bother with tech support, you get a 5-second response "try this and call us back, how can we know what's wrong, we're diagnosing over the phone". Everything this company did to proivide a working desktop failed, it doesn't get worse than that.
