"This is the worst company I ever had to deal with"
Pros: There are no pros, I never worked.
Cons: Horrible customer service, faulty equipment
Summary: Ordered the computer and it said it would take 5-10 days for shipping. It took almost a month. Upon arrival, the system didnt work so I sent it back for repair, their reasoning: knocked around in the delivery. They sent back a "fixed" computer. It worked less than two days. Trying to reach customer service is a nightmare. They put you on hold and tend to hang up on you after waiting an hour or two. When I finally got a hold of customer service and told them not to place me on hold that I just wanted my money back for the machine, they said to send it back but they are charging me a fee for shipping. I argued I shouldn't pay shipping to ship back something that was sent to me faulty. Not only am I left paying the original $150 for shipping, I am now responsible for paying another $150 for shipping back the product that never worked in the first place. This place is a joke, I couldn't begin to understand why PC magazine would rate them so high. They are horrible to deal with. DO NOT BUY A COMPUTER FROM THESE PEOPLE. I paid $2400 for a machine that couldnt stay running for more than a day AFTER SENDING IT BACK TO BE FIXED. Like the other girl said, I don't think they fixed it all. I plan to write to the better business bureau about their policy on shipping and I would suggest others who had to deal with this nightmare do the same.
