"IBUYPOWER IS HORRIBLE!!!"
Pros: cheap, thats all i can say CHEAP
Cons: simply don't work
Summary: i bought a $1700 laptop from ibuypower. 3 months after i got the computer the PSU broke and i had to send it in and wait about 45 days for them to fix it. i finally get it back and find the volume dial on it was broken. i was able to live with the broken dial and wanted to save the $40 and over a month of not having the computer so i didn't send it in to be fixed. now the computer is about 7 months old and started overheating constantly. heating up so much that it fried the HDD. the service reps are HORRIBLE and i am usually on hold for at least 20 minutes. they offer to fix it at another $40 shipping fee and several months without a much needed computer. i asked why they sent me the computer with a broken volume dial and they said, "did we ever say we were gods, of course the computer isn't perfect." obviously they are FAR from computer gods. for almost $1700 the computer should work more than 4 months at a time without a major problem. DO NOT BUY AN IBUYPOWER, unless you like constant problems!
