Pros
Very, very fast. From start up (after the requisite windows animation and login) it takes seconds to have Photoshop, After Effects or Premiere open and running.
Cons
Windows :/ what can I say... At this price, it's not for the casual user as proper maintenance and vigilance is a must to keep her running at optimum speeds.

Very satisfied with my K430! It comes with the usual kinks you might expect from any system running a windows OS, but any seasoned user can iron them out pretty easily. I use it for animation and HD video editing. I'm extremely satisfied with my render speeds and it's ability to multitask. It's perfect for the free-lancer like myself who already has a laptop for mobility, but still needs to come home to a much more powerful work station.
