    "Customer support service has been quick and very useful"

    Pros: I bought the E370, fast, powerful, no bits of sample programs

    Cons: no manuals included

    Summary: E370 is an excellent Vista machine, and Micro Center support is the best I have encountered ( I have owned Dell, Apple, Sony, and Fujitsu). There are no manuals whatsoever in the box, which was a surprise, but customer service picks up the phone on the first ring and provides links to the needed manuals
