"Stable. Support is a Joke No Manual, Support Group DIY"
Pros: The system is very stable no crashing until software updates are applied. I would recommend you DIY instead of messing with these guys.
Cons: Software updates stop boot. Contacted there support and they basically pointed me in the wrong direction. No restore CD with the computer so you can not fix computer till that arrives in 7 -10 days, even though they have an option in there EFI boot

"Could be a great product if they had decent support"
Pros: Once working the system runs flawlessly. Getting to that point is the difficult part.
Cons: Support, or should I say lack there of. They tell you that customer satisfaction is their number 1 concern. Their support hours are during normal business hours so you're forced to get support through email.

Cons: Bulky piece of plastic, no Apple support, no iLife or other included software applications.
