Summary Great system - I don't have this model - but I've been using their systems for several years and found them to be the best. Fast, solid, no bloat or crapware, and good company to work with

Pros This computer is super fast, built solid, cool looking case, I love the lack of preloaded software, and the company looks cool and innovative.

Cons I've had mine 4 months, and the mouse quit working intermittently. It just freezes, and the cursor goes to the middle of the screen. My keyboard still works, so I can shut down the computer, but then I have to wait a few minutes until I can boot it back

Summary It's under warranty and Velocity Micro will take care of it, but still, I heard this computer was reliable and it's not so far. I hope things will be better. But, taking a second look at the reviews, it looks like some of the positive reviews have been placed there. Some of these reviews read like a marketing press release, so who knows what their reliability rating really is. But still, at the worst I can just build my own computer, which maybe I should have done. It really doesn't look that hard.

Cons Order delivery and shipment delayed well past original estimated ship date.

Summary My Velocity Micro order shipment will be delayed one to two weeks because a basic simple straight-forward part was not secured at the time of the initial order date. Part should have been ordered in time so that shipment would be closer to estimated date.
