I have a Z30 and the same thing happened to me. It came with a bad memory module. It took a month for me to get Velocity to replace it because of their poor tech support (would not respond to emails, even using their own ticketing system, so I had to call them repeatedly, which meant taking days off from work because their tech support closes at 8:00 pm Central and are closed on weekends). After that I continued to get 3 or 4 Blue Screens per month. A year and a half after purchase, started getting overheating errors, and now Channel B on the motherboard seems fried. I would not recommend Velocity Micro to anyone.
