"We are so disappointed, we are paying to ship it back."
Pros: Can't give you a pro at this time.
Cons: We are rating the customer service!
Summary: We do not recommend buying this product for customer service reasons. Our product does not work and they are not willing to resolve it without us having to pay to ship it back. We just got the product. It has been faulty since it got here. How is that our responsibility? Not only that, but they began blocking our home telephone number. We tried 4 times. Then we used our cell phone and got right in. Coincidence? I don't think so!

Well, after searching for a company that I thought would have better service than Dell (which should have been easy), I thought this company would be great. I have been proven wrong as well. This company is currently over two weeks late with my order, with no date of arrival in sight (still "in assembly"), and yet they will not return my emails or calls.
