"Best portable Internet radio I could find." on by slebans
Pros: Excellent sound from such a small form factor. Easy to use interface. Excellent support for Internet Radio stations. I really like the ability to create preset lists via the Squeeze Network Web site.
Cons: Had a WPA Key issue during setup. Was unable to resolve so called Logitech tech support. They suggested a factory reset. This cured the problem!
Summary: I began searching for an portable Internet Radio capable device 6 months ago as a gift for my mother. I originally purchased a portable XM Sat solution but reception was poor to nonexistent in certain areas of my parent's house. Other portable Internet Radio devices did not have the sound quality and ease of use I was looking for.
The Logitech SqueezeBox boom is a winner! -
"Amazing product!" on by ddb00071
Pros: I love this radio! It sounds great, and it allows me to access my Sirius subscription at home without one of those troublesome antennas. I have enjoyed searching for my favorite programs using some of the included services.
Cons: I'd like for it to work with i-Tunes, and I haven't managed to get it to work with Podcasts yet.
Summary: If you want an internet radio that is fairly easy to use, offers a lot of options for accessing programming, and sounds great, this is the radio for you.

"Great product for listening to IR or music collection." on by brushwood
Pros: Fantastic remote, connects wirelessly to PC for playing non-DRM music files, lots and lots of Internet Radio, will drive a sub-woofer for improved bass response, multiple brightness settings for when it's off, playing or idle.Versatile alarm settings
Cons: None that I have run across. I go to sleep most nights (earphones so as not to disturb my better half) either to I Radio or my upstairs music collection.
Summary: As I said - a well-thought out and well-designed piece of equipment. I, also, have the HP Media Extender x280n which works great with HT setup but this is much more versatile for about same cost. Beautiful piano black case will show smudges but why would you need to touch it? Setup to wireless was a breeze. I bought for $150 on close-out from Circuit City and am veerrry happy with it.

"Amazing Product!" on by mykost
Pros: This device is solid - the sound quality, the build, the look and feel.
Cons: It takes ~5 sec for online radiostation to play. Not a big of a deal.
Summary: Having a couple hundred Albums in mp3s on my QNAP NAS, Squeezebox almost instantly allows me browsing my Library (Album, Artist, Genre, Year etc). Sound is very deep and clean for such a small divice. Setup, including wireless network secure keys, took 2-3 minutes. I'd definitely recommend this product, expecially for folks with SqueezeCenter 7 always running on a NAS!

"Great sound. Compact and portable. Good value." on by cigarnut
Pros: I like that it plays most of my iTunes files as well as internet radio.
Cons: Somewhat cumbersome navigation. Auto Dimmer function can get too dim in low lighting environments.
Summary: I had been in the market for a portable iPod speaker system and have auditioned many makes including the Bose Soundock II, Klipsch, Altec Lansing, Chestnut Hill and I found the Logitech Sueezebox Boom to be the most versatile and better sounding units. At $299.00 it was also the best value. Now I do not have to have my iPod unit docked in order to listen to my music library. Living in an FM signal "fringe" area, I have difficulty recieving radio stations. Now with the Boom unit, I can listen to crytal clear internet radio throughout my home.
