Pros: It streams Internet radio, which is great. But Internet radio is by it's nature buggy, so that's been a problem.
Cons: The biggest con is the fact that, as other posters note, it only plays 10 of your songs at a time, no matter how many you've got in your playlist! WORSE, I spent hours on the phone with tech support trying to debug only to learn later (as another poster

"I finally found out how to make it work!"
Pros: I thought the sound quality was pretty good. I like the remote too. I found the setup to be fairly straight-forward. Streaming was reliable, with very few skips, and was much better than wireless speakers I have tried in the past.
Cons: Beware: This player will only work with Musicmatch Version 8.2, which is shipped with the product. I made the mistake of purchasing a Musicmatch Plus license for $19.99 and the right to all future upgrades for another $39.99, then allowed the software t

Pros: The product is small, cute and wireless. Works with its own speakers but better with an audio reciever. (But then it's not wireless)
Cons: It constantly loses the Media Server, and when it reboots the DHCP doesn't work, you have to manually assign your own IP Address, and if you are not network savvy that could steal the fun from this POS.

Pros: Circuit City refunded my money
Cons: Horrible documentation, No support: this is usually not a factor for me, but I couldn't even get started with set-up. The set-up guide and CD show different settings/hook-up for network cable--I had to figure it out for myself. Playlists do not play
