"Too early to market"
Pros: It streams Internet radio, which is great. But Internet radio is by it's nature buggy, so that's been a problem.
Cons: The biggest con is the fact that, as other posters note, it only plays 10 of your songs at a time, no matter how many you've got in your playlist! WORSE, I spent hours on the phone with tech support trying to debug only to learn later (as another poster

Support on this product is horrible, I called and wasted about an hour with them, only to figue it out the next day. The unit will not run internet radio streams for more then a few hours, only to lock up the unit.
Menues are a nightmare, firmware is abysmal.
On the up side it is easy to configure, and when it works it sounds great.
A used Ipaq with wireless would work better. I know thats what i replaced it with.
