"can not retreve pictures, can not uses disk on computer" By jakryl675

Pros: not a thing

Cons: joystick was to small. did not know what it was doing

Summary: i tried to uses it several times, could not get a picture that was good.
to complcated to operate.

"Worst camcorder ever owned" By jeff6898

Pros: good zoom, lite weight

Cons: Keep getting Can not read disc error, tried 4 brands of dvd-r Finally maxell worked but after about 10 minutes of recording can not read disc again. Exchanged it for a new one and same problem

Summary: Stay away get you one that any brand dvd will work in it. Canon's customer service can't even tell what what will work.
