Canon Vixia HF R10 (Black)

Pros: If you play around with the settings, low light works absolutely fine!
There is a mic input.
It is a full HD Camera
Very simple interface
Auto Focus
Great Zoom
Face Detection (to focus on the faces and not the backgrounds, unless you want it to)

Cons: Software is useless if you already have a capture program.
There is a quiet clicking sound (It's the hard drive), But you can still plug in an $8 Mic.
Battery is very small. (Get another one in the bonus package!)

Summary: Overall, this is a great HD Starter camera! I love it's simple work flow and how HD it is. After a few small problems, such as the clicky thing or the low battery, I was able to fix all of the with only about $12 canadian to spend on things to make it run better (g, 2nd battery, New microphone, New charger, etc)
