Summary: Sure, if I had spent a lot more I'd have gotten more bells and whistles but it's a real good camcorder and it didn't cost a lot. I'd buy another, and I'm not a newbe to photography. I've been taking pictures all over the world since the late 1960's and I know how to be anal, but have learned to avoid that. Makes me happier.
