"Light, easy and smart design!" By nielclark

Pros Top loading mechanism is a smart update. Easy to use, with the help of the joystick located at the side of lcd. Generous detail on the design with chrome lining from the lens over the top with a holographing name of the model and the mini DV logo.

Cons It does not have a LANC outpot for external control. Audio only from the audio and video output is not available. Lesser digital effects compared from the previous ZRs. Does not support still pictures on tape like what the the ZR45 or ZR50 had.

Summary Generally this is just straight high quality product from Canon with the concept of being able to shoot videos without anything to fear! It is that simple to operate. They even had to use lesser amount of paper for its manual due to the simplicity of its functions. With an ... Expand full review
