"Battery won't charge"

Cons: You can't use the camera if it won't turn on, and it won't turn if the battery isn't charged, abut the battery won't charge. So it is basically useless.
Summary: I've had three units so far, none of the three would charge out-of-the box.They have only email tech support, but they can only suggest a reset process that doesn't solve the problem. They string you along until the 90 day warranty expires and then they say that they can no longer help you. Read the reviews at Amazon. Over 100 users with the same problem.

I have had this same exact problem with two flip mino HDs...Really disappointing. My brother has one and it's a great product, but I can't believe that so many of their cams don't even work out of the box.
