Summary i have a canon dc 20 which cost the vido of the two about the same, Ilike the fast start up time and 35x lense you can hold pretty good full zoom but better to use tri pod but thats with any camera, also the size of camera put it in your pocket or in a purse, like nthe battery life. great buy for the money

Cons No mic input. Only USB output. Stupid user interface, designed most likely by an ape. Aweful sound recording, Software is useless. I've tried for 2 days to try and burn a dvd, and i finally did it , but it wont play on a computer dvd player.
Summary Save your money and never buy from JVC. Should mean Just Value Crap. I hate myself for ever buying this piece of junk. Now I have to try and return it and buy a different brand. Probably be a sony, again.
