Summary: small, good software, 3rd geneeration unit and jvc has finally gotten it right, no artifacting, good in low light, very good responding auto focus, amazing 7 hours of video at high quality setting, software has been updated from previous models. jvc tech support led me through software download on getting videos to desktop, after that it is very very easy, and as small as a lot of digital still cameras, for the money this cant be beat
