"WOW! Best Bang for your $$$"
Pros
Lens, weight, Cheap SD cards, great picture, easy to use, phantom power and loads of attachment capabilities, loads of settings, IMPROVED LOW LIGHTING, great work flow, hardly any moving parts, and nice feel!
Cons
Disappointed that the 60fps doesn't convert to 24fps in camera like HVX200 and others? You have to adjust on FCP but looks just as good when converted.
No converting software without paying!
Cant download pre set settings like other Panasonic's?

I have samples of footage on my website: www.ericnigg.com
I purchased a $5 USB2 to SD card converter at Target and it has worked swimmingly! Its such a cheap switch, compared to the P2 cards and a P2 converter box.
Please ignore the review titled "Big Disappointment! Waste of $$." I think they received a Panasonic camera without the US warrenty and who spends that kind of money on a camera without checking it out first? Not me.
Of course the onboard mic is not going to be as solid as using a shotgun mic and lavs-which I would recommend when shooting on any camera. But I have not had any issues with the mic and have found Panasonic's to be the utmost of quality. And when are other brands going to have phantom power as a standard?
