I too have a problem with the DVC7 camera. When I try to power up, I keep getting a "press reset button" message. Then after awhile, it says " unit needs servicing" I bought this camera in 2003 and have hardly used it. I probably did about 40-50 tapes within the 2 year period. I've always kept it safely tucked away in a padded bag. I will like to know where I can send it for repairs. I live in Trinidad & Tobago.
