Pros: Nice match to my HMC40... even continues the same battery standard they've used for years, but lost going to the TM900 etc. Image is fantastic. 24p mode for low light and cinema effects, also Blu-ray compatible.
Cons: Newer image stabilization means add "hybrid" mode with roll correction. Why are three different methods of setting mode/resolution? For 1080i, you use a menu. For 1080p60, there's an unrelated button. For 1080p24, a hidden "Cinema Mode" menu.
Summary: Glad I got this. Just due to the battery issue, I'd probably forget about the TM900 myself, being vested in the old standard "used everywhere" battery, on my HMC40 all the way to my daughter's SD9.
