Pros: Small and takes video

Summary: On a lark, I bought this small camcorder. I wanted to send a fiend of mine who lives in Australia a shot video message. This product did thee job. Since then I've enjoyed it because now I'm experimenting with my iMovie functionality. I'm an avid photographer with a Canon EOS 20D. I love this camera. However, everyonce in a while I would like to capture some video and the RCA Small Wonder is a low cost, easy and fun way to do this. I may even buy another to have in different places.

Pros: picked up the camera for $30.00 so it was a great deal
Cons: cannot get the memory to go back to 30 minutes once videos are deleted
Summary: The camera is simple to operate and download but I cannot get the memory to go back to 30 minutes of available time even though the camera states it is empty. It only reads 5:52 remaining though there is nothing in the camera. Does anyone have any knowledge of how to return the 30 minutes? I reset the defaults and still get the same amount of free space. Thanks.

Pros: Easy to use at a great price point.
Cons: No Tripod socket or memory expansion.
Summary: The RCA Small Wonder's strongest point is ease of use. My whole family can shoot video and transfer it to our computer.
I put the camera AVI files into a video editing program, work a little digital magic, and presto, quality family DVDs.
I purchased mine as a promo for under $100, it's a big bang for my buck. -

Pros: small, good video
Cons: looses its memory then does you no good. RCA owes me my money back.
Summary: internal memory looses its size. This is my second one, burned twice

Pros: Not many. Small, compact.
Cons: Yes, I know it's a budget camcorder, but THREE PROBLEMS in TWO TIMES USING IT is inexcusable (see below)
Summary: Manual goes right into setting date/time, WITHOUT telling you how to get to that screen until THE END OF THE SECTION. STRIKE ONE!
If you put the memory card in backwards, IT GETS STUCK. STRIKE TWO!
My computer does not "see" the device- no way to download vids or pics, making this POS totally useless. STRIKE THREE, YOURRRRR OUT!
